Aiasha Amir holds a B.Sc. double degree from Punjab University in Biology and Chemistry. Having studied the Qur-an with various teachers in onsite and online academies,
She successfully completed courses Arabic grammar courses in in Nahw , Sarf and Balaghah. She went on to study, Lughah, Arabic Grammar, and Tajweed both online and in-person under various teachers, getting the grip on four schools thoroughly. She joined the administration of Al-Ilm institute, later becoming a trainer. She taught Tajweed for three years in a weekly women programme at Al-Ilm institute, conducted Daura e Quran and in depth study of the quran for 9 years before launching this advanced In depth study of the Quran. Aiasha is also an active social activist and an avid anti abortion rights campaigner.

Has been a student of Quran & Sunnah since her teens. Now a mother to a teen, she plans to resume her studies and pursue a Bachelors degree in sha Allah. Has been part of Perceptions since its inception working in variuos capacities.

Her educational background includes a B.Sc and M.Sc in Microbiology as well as a Level 1 Taleem-ul-Hadith course, which she completed with distinction.

She has been teaching Qur’an to young children for more than ten years, first as a Tajweed teacher and more recently as a coordinator.

Munazza Alavi is a graduate of Huma Najam’s Al- ilm Institute. She has been associated with Al – ilm Institute since 2002. Munazza  Alavi teaches “Fiqh” to students of Rihla, a foundation course conducted by Huma Najm at the Institute. Munazza is also the founding member of the Fahm ul Qur’an Program, a bi-weekly Certificate Course which was started in 2007, imparting knowledge of Qur’an, Hadith & Fiqh to its students. She has also been actively involved in delivering ladies’ lectures and dars in homes upon request.

Nosheen has done her BBA and MBA from IBA, Karachi.  She has a teaching experience of more than 28 years, including 18+ years in Islamic education, and being associated with Al-Ilm, inspiring students and fostering spiritual growth.

Besides doing the Comprehensive Qur’an course, she holds ijazahs in Tuhfat-ul-Atfal and Muqadimmah Al-Jazariyyah, Qira’at of Hafs, Shu’ba and Qaloon. She has permission to teach as well as to grant ijazah to others.

Sara Asif is the coordinator of the Quest Program. She’s also an instructor at Quest, Rihla and Youth Club, along with holding the position of Director HR at Youth Club.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature, Mathematics and Economics, alongside an Islamic Studies Certification from Al-Ilm Institute.
Experience:
She has pioneered the Quest Program, as head and lead instructor since 2008. She holds former experience in the banking sector. She’s an instructor at Al-Ilm Institute since 2006, and at Youth Club since 2014. She’s the co-founder of impactful initiatives including Perceptions, The Elements, Soulful Salah, The Stamping Ground, and Waterwise. She’s also the host of the Youtube series “Being Her” on the Youth Club platform. Additionally, Sara Asif is a public speaker at various academic institutions, including schools and colleges.
